Sound familiar?
What this actually fixes.
A burst pipe at 7pm goes to whichever plumber replies first — and you're mid-job with wet hands.
A dripping tap and a flooding kitchen arrive as the same message; nobody triages them.
Standard jobs — tap, toilet, radiator, outside tap — priced from scratch every time, after a full day.
What's included
Built for how a plumber business runs.
Triages urgency
Asks whether water is running and where — and tells them how to turn the stopcock off.
Quotes standard jobs
From your rate card: call-out, tap, toilet, radiator, immersion heater.
Books the call-out
With the right duration and the address, into a real slot.
Knows the property
What you did there last time, before you reply.
The AI team's skills
What it actually does for a plumber business.
Every proposal waits for your approval. Nothing is sent, charged or changed on its own.
What it watches, in your own data
Snapshot: unanswered customer messages, leads needing follow-up, upcoming appointments.
Customer messages waiting on a reply — who to answer, with the thread.
Enquiries that have gone quiet — who to chase before they go cold.
Appointments in the next few days — to confirm or remind.
The business's own published answers — hours, prices, policies. Answer from these, never invent.
Recently active customers — who you are talking to and what they bought before.
Quotes drafted (awaiting the owner's send) or sent and undecided — which to chase, with amount, customer and age.
What it proposes — you approve
Books the slot a customer asked for, once you approve the time.
Drafts a reply to a customer message and sends it once you approve.
Saves a detail about a customer so the next conversation already knows it.
Follows up an enquiry that has gone quiet and moves it to the next stage.

Your AI staff
The software comes with a team.
They work your message channels and your data, and propose actions you approve from your phone. Nothing risky goes out without a human yes.
Answers, triages and books on your message channels.
Drafts the price from the described job and your rates.
Chases quotes, unconfirmed call-outs and unpaid invoices.
Books the annual boiler service before the customer forgets.
Approvals, and the record of what your team actually did, live in the app. Get the Autoflowly app →
Make it smarter
It gets better when it's connected.
On its own it answers. Connected to your bookings, customers and job records, it can actually do the thing being asked for.
How it works
Live demo today, your own system today.
Open the live demo
It's already running with demo data. Click through it like a plumber would — no signup, nothing to install.
Launch your own copy
You get your own deployment with its own database and URL, seeded and ready to use rather than empty.
Describe what to change
Your services, prices, branding, stages and rules — described in plain language and applied to your copy.
Common questions
Questions worth asking.
Does it answer phone calls?
No — it works on web chat, WhatsApp and email. For calls, a voicemail that says “text this number and we'll reply in minutes” moves the emergency to a channel it can handle. A missed call is covered, though: forward busy/no-answer calls to your Autoflowly number and the caller gets a text within seconds — the conversation continues in your inbox.
How does it know what's really an emergency?
It asks the questions you would: is water running, can it be turned off, is there a leak near electrics. Anything it can't judge is handed to you with the thread.
Will it quote without asking me?
It quotes standard jobs from your rate card. Anything it hasn't got a price for, or anything unusual, is proposed for your approval before it goes out.
Features reflect the current platform as of August 2026 and continue to expand — the live demo above always reflects what's actually deployed.
