Pick your business
Same platform. Configured for what you actually do.
One system underneath, specialised for each trade — so you get a working business on day one instead of a blank canvas.
The workflow
One operational spine, end to end.
Not a pretty CRUD app — the whole run from first contact to repeat customer, in one system.
Sound familiar?
The problems this actually solves.
Evenings, weekends and mid-job. The customer messages three businesses and books whoever replies first.
A bot that can't see your prices, your calendar or your customers just annoys people more efficiently than silence.
Quotes sent and forgotten, appointments unconfirmed, invoices unchased — all of it revenue you already earned the right to.
What's included
Everything the business needs, wired together.
One inbox, every channel
Web chat, WhatsApp and email land in a single thread per customer.
Answers from your data
Your services, prices, hours and policies — not invented ones.
Books real appointments
It checks genuine availability and creates the actual booking.
Drafts quotes
Turns a described job into a priced quote from your rate card.
Approval before anything risky
Discounts, refunds and unusual requests wait for a human yes.
Follow-up that doesn't forget
Unanswered quotes, unconfirmed bookings, unpaid invoices.
Remembers your customers
Past jobs, preferences and history inform the next reply.
Hand off to you cleanly
When it should be a human, it hands over with the full thread.
The AI team's skills
Named jobs it does — not a chatbot bolted on.
Every proposal waits for your approval. Nothing is sent, charged or changed on its own.
What it watches, in your own data
Snapshot: unanswered customer messages, leads needing follow-up, upcoming appointments.
Customer messages waiting on a reply — who to answer, with the thread.
Enquiries that have gone quiet — who to chase before they go cold.
Appointments in the next few days — to confirm or remind.
The business's own published answers — hours, prices, policies. Answer from these, never invent.
Recently active customers — who you are talking to and what they bought before.
What it proposes — you approve
Books the slot a customer asked for, once you approve the time.
Drafts a reply to a customer message and sends it once you approve.
Saves a detail about a customer so the next conversation already knows it.
Follows up an enquiry that has gone quiet and moves it to the next stage.

Your AI staff
The software comes with a team.
Autoflowly's agents work your message channels and your data. They propose; you approve from your phone. Nothing risky is sent without a human yes.

Turns a conversation into a confirmed appointment in your real calendar.
Chases everything you'd otherwise forget.
Reactivates the customers already in your database.
Why not traditional software
Traditional business software vs Autoflowly.
How it works
Live demo today, your own system today.
Open the live demo
It's already running with demo data. Click through it like a customer would — no signup, nothing to install.
Launch your own copy
You get your own deployment with its own database and URL, seeded and ready to use rather than empty.
Describe what to change
Your services, prices, branding, stages and rules — described in plain language and applied to your copy.
Common questions
Questions worth asking.
Does it answer phone calls?
No. It works on message channels — web chat, WhatsApp and email. It doesn't pick up the phone or handle voice calls. If most of your enquiries are phone-only, this covers the messages around them, not the calls themselves.
How is this different from a normal chatbot?
A chatbot answers from a script. This answers from your actual business data — your services, prices, availability and customer history — and it can take real actions like creating a booking or drafting a quote, not just talking about them.
What stops it saying something wrong?
It answers from your data rather than inventing, and anything sensitive — discounts, refunds, unusual commitments — is proposed for your approval rather than sent. You approve or reject from your phone.
Do I need the rest of Autoflowly to use it?
No, it works on its own. But it gets substantially better when it's connected to your bookings and customer records, because then it can answer “when can you come?” and “what did you charge me last time?” properly instead of deferring to you.
Features reflect the current platform as of August 2026 and continue to expand — the live demo above always reflects what's actually deployed.
