1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Autoflowly ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service, including free and paid subscription plans.

2. Description of Service

Autoflowly is an AI-powered platform that helps entrepreneurs and businesses:

• Generate Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) from natural language descriptions
• Use 50+ prebuilt templates and a conversational AI builder
• Deploy and manage web applications automatically
• Use SmartDoctor for self-healing diagnostics and auto-fixes
• Access multi-AI providers (Claude, GPT, Gemini) for code generation
• Collaborate with AI agents specialized in technical, marketing, and financial strategy

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To use certain features, you must register an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update any changes to your information
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

4.1 Free Tier

• Access to basic MVP generation features
• Limited AI interactions per month
• Community support access

4.2 Paid Plans

• Enhanced AI capabilities and higher usage limits
• Priority support and advanced features
• Custom deployment options
• Team collaboration tools

4.3 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate malicious software, malware, or code intended to harm others
• Create applications that violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of third parties
• Generate content that is abusive, harassing, or discriminatory
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Use automated systems to scrape or overload the Service
• Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission

6. Intellectual Property

This section takes effect on November 10, 2026. Until then, the previous version applies; code you downloaded before that date stays under the terms you downloaded it under.

6.1 What is yours

You own, and keep after you leave:

• Your business's data and the content in your applications (customers, records, documents, files)
• The ideas, descriptions, names, logos and other material you provide
• Code created for your application at your request, and the changes you or your requests make to it (section 6.2)

You can export your application's data at any time, on every plan including Free, from the app dashboard. Passwords, security tokens and stored API keys are not part of the export.

6.2 Code generated for you

Code our AI generates for your application at your request is yours to use for any lawful purpose, under a non-exclusive licence. It may contain patterns common to many applications, and we do not guarantee its uniqueness; you are responsible for reviewing and testing it before production use. Where your request changes a template file (section 6.3), your change is yours; the template's own code is not.

6.3 Templates are licensed, not sold

Prebuilt templates — the ready-made business applications ("Business OS") such as Legal OS or Restaurant OS, with their code, data models, workflows, AI features and the shared platform layer — are owned by Autoflowly and continuously maintained and improved. We license them to you; we do not sell them.

• You may use a template to run your own business while your account or that application has an active plan: operate it, customise it through Autoflowly, and change its code inside your application.
• You may not resell, sublicense or redistribute a template or substantial parts of it; use it for a business other than the one it was set up for; or use it to build a competing template, app catalogue or app builder.
• The code editor lets you view and change a template's code inside your application. Viewing it does not permit copying it out of Autoflowly, except through the export (section 6.2) or a source licence (section 6.4).
• Updates and improvements to the template reach your application while it has a plan.
• Exports: the code export of a template application contains the files created for you and a record of your changes (section 6.2), not the template itself.
• Applications built from your own description, without a template, contain no template code: all of their generated code falls under section 6.2.

6.4 Self-hosting source licence

To run a template outside Autoflowly you can obtain a source licence. It covers the source for the licensed business only, under the same restrictions as section 6.3; updates are provided while the licence is active. Contact support@autoflowly.com.

6.5 Leaving Autoflowly

When your plan ends or you close your account, your data and your own code stay yours: export them at any time before deletion. The template licence ends with the plan, except under a source licence. If Autoflowly stops providing the Service, we will give paying customers at least 90 days' notice to export their data.

6.6 The Autoflowly platform

The Service, including its original content, features, templates and functionality, is owned by Autoflowly and protected by international copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

7. Service Level and Availability

7.1 Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for:

• Scheduled maintenance (with advance notice when possible)
• Emergency security updates
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

7.2 Support

Support is provided based on your subscription plan. Response times vary by plan tier.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

We implement security measures including encryption, authentication, rate limiting, and pod-level isolation. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee that AI-generated code will be error-free or suitable for any specific purpose
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months
• You are responsible for testing, validating, and deploying generated applications

10. Termination

10.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account settings. Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service will cease immediately
• Generated applications may continue to run until manually stopped
• Your data will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy

10.2 By Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice, depending on the severity of the violation.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by:

• Posting the updated Terms with a new effective date
• Sending email notifications for significant changes
• Displaying in-app notifications

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Autoflowly operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
