3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To use certain features, you must register an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update any changes to your information
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

5. Acceptable Use

• Generate malicious software, malware, or code intended to harm others
• Create applications that violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of third parties
• Generate content that is abusive, harassing, or discriminatory
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Use automated systems to scrape or overload the Service
• Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create using the Service, including:

• Business ideas and descriptions you provide
• Custom code and modifications you make
• Data and content within your generated applications

6.2 AI-Generated Content

Code and content generated by our AI system are provided to you under the following terms:

• You receive a non-exclusive license to use generated code for any lawful purpose
• AI-generated code may contain common patterns used across multiple users
• We do not guarantee the uniqueness of AI-generated content
• You are responsible for reviewing and testing generated code before production use

6.3 Autoflowly Platform

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Autoflowly and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Service Level and Availability

7.1 Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for:

• Scheduled maintenance (with advance notice when possible)
• Emergency security updates
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Support is provided based on your subscription plan. Response times vary by plan tier.

8. Data and Privacy

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months
• You are responsible for testing, validating, and deploying generated applications

10. Termination

10.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account settings. Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service will cease immediately
• Generated applications may continue to run until manually stopped
• Your data will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy

10.2 By Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice, depending on the severity of the violation.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by:
