The workflow
One operational spine, end to end.
Not a pretty CRUD app — the whole run from first contact to repeat customer, in one system.
Sound familiar?
The problems this actually solves.
Someone asked for Friday off six weeks ago. Nobody wrote it down, and two people are now away the same day.
The new starter has no laptop, no logins and no idea who to ask, because the checklist is in someone's head.
The signs were there in the hours and the leave pattern; nothing was watching and nobody had the conversation.
It works, until the person who built it is the one on holiday.
What's included

Employees and departments
Who works here, in which team, in which role.
Leave requests and balances

Attendance
Hours and presence, without a paper timesheet.
Payroll runs
A run against real people and real recorded time.
Performance
Reviews and ratings recorded against the person, over time.
Recruiting
Open positions and applicants against them.
Skills
What each person can actually do — and the gaps.
Remote work
Arrangements recorded rather than assumed.
Wellbeing
Risk flags that prompt a private human check-in.

Employee portal
Staff see their own leave, payslips and profile — only their own.
The AI team's skills
Named jobs it does — not a chatbot bolted on.
Every proposal waits for your approval. Nothing is sent, charged or changed on its own.
What it watches, in your own data
Snapshot: active employees, pending leave requests, burnout risks, high-stress flags.
Leave requests awaiting a decision — who + type + dates.
Employees flagged high burnout risk / high stress — handle gently and confidentially.
What it proposes — you approve
Drafts a message to one customer — a reminder, a thank-you or a status note.
Approves a staff leave request and records it.
Declines a staff leave request, with a reason.

Your AI staff
The software comes with a team.
They work your message channels and your data, and propose actions you approve from your phone. Nothing risky goes out without a human yes.
Brings you the leave requests waiting on a decision and drafts a recommendation.
Drafts the welcome and the first-week nudges for someone starting.
Flags burnout or high-stress risk quietly, for a human to follow up in private.
The week in one read — leave, wellbeing, headcount.

Common questions
Questions worth asking.
Does the AI approve leave by itself?↓
No. It reads the pending requests and drafts a recommendation — including the awkward part, like a clash with someone already off — and approving or declining is a click you make. Approve and reject are the only two things it can execute at all, and both wait for you.
What exactly is the wellbeing flag, and is it surveillance?↓
It is a signal from the data the system already holds — hours, attendance, leave patterns — that says a human should check in privately. The agent does not message the person, does not diagnose anything and does not put a judgement on anybody's record. If you do not want it, don't hire that agent.
Does it run payroll on its own?↓
No. Payroll runs are yours to execute. The agent has no payroll verb at all — it cannot touch pay, ratings, or anyone's employment.
Can staff see each other's data?↓
No. The employee portal is scoped to the person signed in — their leave, their payslips, their profile. Managing the company is a separate, permissioned surface.
Is this enough to replace a real HR system?↓
For a small team, it covers what you actually do weekly: leave, attendance, starters, pay runs, reviews and hiring. It is not an enterprise HRIS with statutory filing for thirty countries, and it does not pretend to be. Payroll calculation rules and filing stay with your accountant or provider.
Can I really see it before signing up?↓
Yes. The demo is the real system with demo data — approve a leave request, look at a payroll run, open the employee portal. No account needed.
