The workflow
One operational spine, end to end.
Not a pretty CRUD app — the whole run from first contact to repeat customer, in one system.
Sound familiar?
The problems this actually solves.
The cleaner finished an hour ago, but nobody told reception — or they didn't finish, and nobody knows that either. The room board is a whiteboard, a WhatsApp group and a guess.
Booking.com and Expedia send the guests and keep 15–18% of every night. Your own site should take bookings too, but a booking engine on its own is one more login that knows nothing about your rooms.
The list is printed at 8, out of date by 9, and the late check-out in 204 is still on it. Your team needs their day on their phone — without seeing your guests' details.
Extra towels, a broken lamp, a late arrival: told to the night porter, written on a napkin, gone by the morning shift.
What's included
Everything the business needs, wired together.
Front desk
Arrivals, departures and who is in house today — with each arrival's room ready or not.
Stays calendar
Every booking on one calendar. A booking that would double-book a room is refused, not discovered at the desk.
Room status
Dirty, cleaning, clean, inspected, out of order. Add an inspection step if you want a manager to sign rooms off.
Housekeeping on the phone
Each cleaner and technician sees their own day — rooms, tasks, notes — and never a guest's name or details.
Direct booking page
Your rooms and rates on your own site, priced by the system. Guests pay at the hotel, or by card once you connect Stripe.
The guest's stay page
Dates, the door code on arrival day, wi-fi while they stay, and requests and messages that go straight to your team.
Automatic guest e-mails
Before arrival, when the room is ready, and after they leave asking for a review — from your live app.
Channels and the owner report
iCal sync with Booking.com, Airbnb and Expedia, and occupancy, average rate and RevPAR by source. Part of the app's Premium plan.
The AI team's skills
Named jobs it does — not a chatbot bolted on.
Every proposal waits for your approval. Nothing is sent, charged or changed on its own.
What it watches, in your own data
Snapshot: arrivals and departures today, guests in house, rooms not ready or out of order, open tasks.
Guests arriving today with stay ids, eta and whether their room is ready.
Rooms dirty, being cleaned or out of order, with ids.
Open housekeeping and maintenance tasks with ids.
Guest requests from their stay page still waiting, with request ids.
What it proposes — you approve
E-mails a guest about their stay; the message is kept on the stay with whether it was delivered.
Answers a request from the guest's stay page; the reply shows there and is e-mailed.
Adds a note to a housekeeping or maintenance task and e-mails the owner.

Your AI staff
The software comes with a team.
They work your message channels and your data, and propose actions you approve from your phone. Nothing risky goes out without a human yes.
Reads the requests guests send from their stay page and drafts the answer — promising only what your hotel offers.
Watches today's arrivals against the rooms not ready yet, and puts the guest's arrival time on the cleaning task that matters.
Turns the day into one short brief: arrivals, departures, rooms not ready, open work.

Your services, prices, branding, stages and rules — described in plain language and applied to your copy.
Common questions
Questions worth asking.
Is the demo actually running, or just screenshots?↓
It's a real, always-on deployment with its own database and a demo hotel. Book a stay on its booking page right now, without signing up, and it appears on the front desk like any other booking.
I use Cloudbeds today. Can I connect it?↓
Not yet, and we would rather say so here than after you have moved. The Cloudbeds connection opens once it has been tested on a Cloudbeds test account. Mews connects against the Mews demo hotel today and goes live for real hotels once Mews certifies the integration. Until then, Hotel OS runs alongside your current system through iCal, or replaces it outright if a calendar sync is all you need from the channels.
Does it sync with Booking.com and Airbnb?↓
Yes, by iCal, room by room: their bookings come in, and your other bookings go out as blocked dates, so a room sold on one site is closed on the others. A clash is flagged rather than silently overwritten. iCal moves availability only — not rates or restrictions — so it is not a full channel manager. Channel sync is part of the app's Premium plan.
Can my housekeepers use it without seeing guest details?↓
Yes. Housekeeping and maintenance sign in to their own day — the rooms and tasks assigned to them, with your notes — and nothing about who is staying. If a Done does not save, their sheet and what they typed stay on the screen.
How do guests pay?↓
At the hotel, out of the box. To take cards when they book, connect your own Stripe account from Settings — the money settles to you, and Autoflowly never holds it. Put one test booking through before you send real guests to it.
Is it in Spanish, French or German?↓
The screens and the automatic guest e-mails are in English today. Your hotel's own details — the name, room types, house rules, breakfast hours — are whatever you type, in any language.
Do I need to be technical to change it?↓
No. You describe the change — “add a family room at €160 a night, sleeps four” — and it is applied to your own copy. Nothing to install, no code.
Is it for a 100-room hotel?↓
It is built for the small end: boutique hotels, guesthouses, B&Bs and hostels with one front desk. If you run several properties, launch one copy per property.
Features shown reflect the current platform. The live demo always shows what's deployed today.
