Pick your trade
Same platform. Configured for what you actually do.
One system underneath, specialised for each trade — so you get a working business on day one instead of a blank canvas.
The workflow
One operational spine, end to end.
Not a pretty CRUD app — the whole run from first contact to repeat customer, in one system.
Sound familiar?
The problems this actually solves.
Seventeen messages this week. Who needs a quote? Who went quiet? Who was never answered? Nobody knows, because the enquiries live in four apps and a notebook.
Most lost enquiries were never rejected — they were forgotten. A quote sent and not chased is a job handed to the competitor who chased.
What's worth £22,000 and what's worth £200 gets the same attention, because there's no list that says which is which.
What's included
Everything the business needs, wired together.
Every enquiry captured
Website form, web chat, WhatsApp and email land in one pipeline with the thread attached.
AI qualification
Asks what, where, when and budget in the customer's channel; records the answers on the lead.
Pipeline board
New, contacted, qualified, proposal, won, lost — with value, source and next follow-up per lead.
Follow-up that runs itself
Day-two and day-five chases drafted per lead, sent on your approval.
Books the appointment
Viewing, call-out or consultation into a real slot, from the conversation.
Quotes with a share link
Drafted from your rate card; the customer accepts or declines on their phone.
Payment on the quote
Deposit or full payment by card or mobile money, marked paid automatically.
Customer memory
Every enquiry becomes a customer record: what they asked, what they bought, what they paid.
The AI team's skills
Named jobs it does — not a chatbot bolted on.
Every proposal waits for your approval. Nothing is sent, charged or changed on its own.
What it watches, in your own data
Snapshot: unanswered customer messages, leads needing follow-up, upcoming appointments.
Customer messages waiting on a reply — who to answer, with the thread.
Enquiries that have gone quiet — who to chase before they go cold.
Appointments in the next few days — to confirm or remind.
The business's own published answers — hours, prices, policies. Answer from these, never invent.
Recently active customers — who you are talking to and what they bought before.
Quotes drafted (awaiting the owner's send) or sent and undecided — which to chase, with amount, customer and age.
What it proposes — you approve
Books the slot a customer asked for, once you approve the time.
Drafts a reply to a customer message and sends it once you approve.
Saves a detail about a customer so the next conversation already knows it.
Follows up an enquiry that has gone quiet and moves it to the next stage.

Your AI staff
The software comes with a team.
They work your message channels and your data, and propose actions you approve from your phone. Nothing risky goes out without a human yes.
Front of the pipeline: answers, qualifies and creates the lead.
Owns the chase. Nothing goes quiet without a nudge.
Turns a qualified lead into a real appointment.
Drafts the quote from the enquiry and your prices.
Approvals, and the record of what your team actually did, live in the app. Get the Autoflowly app →

How it works
Live demo today, your own system today.
Open the live demo
It's already running with demo data. Click through it like a customer would — no signup, nothing to install.
Launch your own copy
You get your own deployment with its own database and URL, seeded and ready to use rather than empty.
Describe what to change
Your services, prices, branding, stages and rules — described in plain language and applied to your copy.
Common questions
Questions worth asking.
Is this a CRM?
It has the pipeline a CRM has — stages, value, source, next action — but the point is what happens between the stages: the AI team qualifies, follows up, books and quotes, and you approve. A CRM records that a lead went quiet; this one chases it.
Does it answer phone calls?
No. It works on message channels — website form, web chat, WhatsApp and email. Calls still need a person; a voicemail that invites the caller to message you moves them into the pipeline.
What if it says something it shouldn't?
Every message it drafts waits for your approval before it is sent, and it answers only from your services, prices and availability. Discounts, complaints and anything unusual are handed to you with the thread.
Can I import the enquiries I already have?
Yes — leads import from a spreadsheet, and every enquiry that arrives from then on is captured automatically.
Does the customer need an account to accept a quote or pay?
No. The quote is a link; accepting, declining and paying happen on their phone without a login.
Features reflect the current platform as of August 2026 and continue to expand — the live demo above always reflects what's actually deployed.
