Sound familiar?
What this actually fixes.
Spaces promised on WhatsApp, a list on the desk, and twelve people for ten bikes.
The first missed month is when they leave — you find out when the payment fails.
Nobody knows who's free, and the front desk can't book for them.
What's included
Built for how a gym business runs.
Class timetable with capacity
Ten bikes means ten bookings; the eleventh joins the waitlist.
Memberships that mean something
What each plan includes — classes, PT, guest passes — on the member record.
Personal-training slots
Each trainer's own diary, bookable by members and the desk.
Class reminders and waitlist
A reminder before the class; a freed spot goes to the waitlist automatically.
Payments and drop-ins
Card or mobile money for drop-ins, class packs and memberships.
Attendance
Which classes fill, which members are fading, which trainers are booked out.
One inbox
Web, email and WhatsApp enquiries in a single thread per member.
Reviews
Asked after the class they loved.
The AI team's skills
What it actually does for a gym business.
Every proposal waits for your approval. Nothing is sent, charged or changed on its own.
What it watches, in your own data
Snapshot: appointments awaiting confirmation, today's load, next 7 days, waitlist demand, recent no-shows, confirmed appts still needing a reminder.
Upcoming appointments still awaiting confirmation — who to confirm or chase.
Confirmed/pending appointments in the next 7 days — to confirm or remind (reduce no-shows).
Customers waiting for a slot — who to offer an opening to when one frees up.
Slots that are genuinely free in the next few days — what to offer a customer asking to book.
What it proposes — you approve
Confirms a pending appointment and tells the customer.
Moves or updates an existing appointment.
Books the slot a customer asked for, once you approve the time.
Saves a detail about a customer so the next conversation already knows it.
Day one
You are not starting from an empty screen.

Common questions
Questions worth asking.
Does it stop a class going over capacity?
Yes — every class has a capacity, bookings stop at it, and further requests go on a waitlist that is offered a spot automatically when someone cancels.
Can members book their own PT sessions?
Yes. Each trainer has their own diary with the slots they offer; members book from the page and the desk can book on their behalf.
Does it take membership payments?
Memberships, class packs and drop-ins are paid by card or mobile money through your own payment account; recurring memberships need your Stripe account connected.
Features reflect the current platform as of August 2026 and continue to expand — the live demo above always reflects what's actually deployed.
