Is the demo actually running, or just screenshots?↓
It's a real, always-on deployment with its own database. You can book a lesson in it right now, from this page, without signing up — and it will queue that lesson's reminders like any other.
Do the reminders really send by themselves?↓
Yes. Every booked lesson gets one 24 hours before and one an hour before, and they go out whether or not you have the app open — there is nothing to remember to press. Cancel a lesson and its reminders stop with it; move it and they move too. The dashboard shows you what is queued, what was sent, and anything that failed with the reason, so a reminder can never be silently marked as delivered.
My students are children — who gets the reminder?↓
Both. When a parent's email is on the student's record, the parent is a recipient in their own right rather than a fallback, because the parent is usually the one who gets them to the desk.
Can I book the same lesson every week for a whole term?↓
Yes — that is the normal case, not an add-on. Choose how many weeks and it books them all on the same weekday and time. You can cancel a single lesson or the rest of the series in one go.
Can parents and students see their own lessons?↓
Yes, and only their own. Signing in shows them their upcoming lessons with the time and duration, their materials and their history. The student list, notes and marks are the tutor's — they need a sign-in and a student can never see another student's.
Do I need to be technical to change it?↓
No. You describe the change — “add a GCSE physics course at £45 an hour and require payment up front” — and it is applied to your own copy. Nothing to install, no code.
How do I get paid?↓
You connect your own Stripe or mobile-money account, and charges go straight to you. Autoflowly never holds your money. Worth saying plainly: this is the newest part of the system, so set up a test charge and put one real lesson through it before you switch your whole practice over.
Does it work for a tuition centre with several tutors, not just me?↓
Yes. Each tutor has their own subjects, rate and availability, and you invite them — they see their own book, you see everything. Start solo and add tutors when you hire; there is no migration.
