Pick your trade
Same platform. Configured for what you actually do.
One system underneath, specialised for each trade — so you get a working business on day one instead of a blank canvas.
The workflow
One operational spine, end to end.
Not a pretty CRUD app — the whole run from first contact to repeat customer, in one system.
Sound familiar?
The problems this actually solves.
They got as far as checkout and left. You never knew it happened, so nobody ever wrote to them.
Stock is right until the day it isn't, and the first sign is an apology email to a customer who already paid.
You rent the storefront, they keep the list, and the fee goes up when you grow.
The one that needed a reply is three weeks old and public.

The AI team's skills
Named jobs it does — not a chatbot bolted on.
Every proposal waits for your approval. Nothing is sent, charged or changed on its own.
What it watches, in your own data
Counts of abandoned carts, pending reviews, low-stock products, and refundable orders. Call this first to see what needs attention.
Reviews awaiting a reply or moderation — the review-responder's queue. Includes rating, title, body, reviewer, product.
Carts with items left untouched for over 24h — the cart-recovery queue. Includes value, item count, and whether the shopper is a guest or returning customer.
Products at or below their low-stock threshold — the restocker's queue. Includes current stock and threshold.
Paid, non-refunded orders — context for refund decisions. Note: do not proactively refund paid orders; only act on a genuine refund request.
The store's product catalog (id, name, price, stock, category). Call before editing so you use the right product id.
The store's product categories (id, name). Use a category's id when adding/updating products.
What it proposes — you approve
Advances an order to its next stage — confirmed, preparing, ready, delivered.
Drafts an offer to a shopper who left items in their basket.
Issues a refund on an order, once you approve it.
Raises stock on a product that has run low.
Drafts a public reply to a customer review.
Asks a customer who bought something to review the store.
Day one
You are not starting from an empty screen.

Your AI staff
The software comes with a team.
They work your message channels and your data, and propose actions you approve from your phone. Nothing risky goes out without a human yes.
Finds carts that were filled and abandoned, and drafts the message that brings them back.
Reads what's falling under its level and drafts the restock before it hits zero.
Brings you the reviews waiting on a reply, with a draft in your voice.
Moves orders through their states and asks you before anything irreversible.
Finds refundable orders and proposes the refund — never issues it alone.

Common questions
Questions worth asking.
Does Autoflowly take a cut of my sales?↓
No. You connect your own payment provider, the money goes to your account, and Autoflowly is not in the payment path. You pay for the software, not a percentage of what you sell.
Can the AI send a message to a customer on its own?↓
Only what you approve. The agent reads the abandoned carts, the low stock, the pending reviews and the refundable orders and drafts the action — recovering a cart, replying to a review, restocking, advancing an order, issuing a refund. Each one waits for you, and refunds are gated harder because they move money.
Is it a real app customers can install?↓
Yes, as a PWA: a customer installs it from the browser onto their home screen, and order updates reach their phone as push. It is not listed in the App Store or Play Store — that is a separate submission, and this page is not claiming it.
Do I own the customer list?↓
Yes. Customers, orders and reviews sit in your app's own database in your own deployment. Export it whenever you like. That is the difference from renting a storefront.
Can products have sizes and colours with their own stock?↓
Yes — variants carry their own price, stock and image, so selling out of one size doesn't take the product off sale.
How is this different from Restaurant OS?↓
Restaurant OS is built around a kitchen queue and service timing — orders that are cooked now. Shop OS is built around a catalogue that ships: variants, stock, shipping and returns. If you're feeding people today, start there.
Can I really see it before signing up?↓
Yes. The demo is the real store with demo data — browse, add to the cart, check out, then open the dashboard and watch the order and the stock move. No account needed.
Features shown reflect the current platform. The live demo always shows what's deployed today.
