Pick your trade
Same platform. Configured for what you actually do.
One system underneath, specialized for each trade — so you get a working business on day one instead of a blank canvas.
The workflow
One operational spine, end to end.
Not a pretty CRUD app — the whole run from first contact to repeat customer, in one system.
Sound familiar?
The problems this actually solves.
Ten-seat minimums and annual contracts around $30,000 before the first document is reviewed. The firms that would gain the most hours have no door to walk through.
Break clauses, rent reviews, assignment, repair — the same eight questions, thirty times, and the answer has to be the actual words on the page, not a summary.
An answer is only useful if every citation can be opened. Research that cannot say where it got the law belongs in nobody's file.
Matters in one, documents in another, time in a spreadsheet, invoices in a fourth, the client asking by e-mail where things stand.
What's included
Everything the business needs, wired together.
Tabular review
Many documents × your questions in one table. Every cell quotes the passage it came from; a firm standard per column flags what deviates; your sign-off locks a cell. Witness statements compared across documents. Export to Excel or Word.
Redline & Word add-in
Edits proposed against your playbook, each accepted or rejected, then written as genuine tracked changes under your name — downloaded, or applied inside Word by the Legal OS add-in.
Assistant & research
Ask about a matter and follow up. Answers cite the firm's documents and authorities from official databases; a citation that cannot be verified is removed, not shown. One click files the memo on the matter.
Official law, by country
US Code and eCFR; UK judgments and UK Acts section by section; EUR-Lex; German, Austrian, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Irish and French statutes — without a key. US case law (CourtListener), New York laws and Légifrance with a free one.
Monitors
Regulator and court feeds checked for your keywords; a hit becomes an alert on your phone and a note on the client's matter.
Matters, intake, conflicts
Every matter from the first enquiry to closing. A consultation request is conflict-checked against every client and adverse party before anyone replies.
Time, invoices, client account
Hours billed into a draft with a pay link; part-payments and reminders; a client account ledger with balancing statements.
Client portal
Clients see matter status, shared documents, court dates and invoices in one place — and pay from it.
Day one
You are not starting from an empty screen.
Every one of these already works the moment your app is live. The list on the right is the whole of what's left for you.

Your AI staff
The software comes with a team.
They work your message channels and your data, and propose actions you approve from your phone. Nothing risky goes out without a human yes.
Reads the matter's documents and the official sources, answers the question with citations, and drafts the memo for you to file.
Watches court dates and limitation periods and drafts the reminder to the lawyer on the matter.
Turns unbilled time into draft invoices and chases the overdue ones — sent only when you approve.
Approvals, and the record of what your team actually did, live in the app. Get the Autoflowly app →
Before you launch
Run it with confidence.
The live demo shows the product. These are the practical answers before you put real customers and payments behind it.
Your own URL and database. A business in North America has its app and database hosted in the US; a business in Europe, in Germany (Frankfurt or Berlin).
Sensitive messages, payments and changes wait for your approval.
Export and account deletion are available from Settings.
Payment and messaging options vary by OS; verify them in the live demo.
Contact the team when you need help.

How it works
Live demo today, your own system today.
Open the live demo
It's already running with demo data. Click through it like a customer would — no signup, nothing to install.
Launch your own copy
You get your own deployment with its own database and URL, seeded and ready to use rather than empty.
Describe what to change
Your services, prices, branding, stages and rules — described in plain language and applied to your copy.
Common questions
Questions worth asking.
Is the demo actually running, or just screenshots?↓
It is a real, always-on deployment with its own database and a demo practice. Open a matter, run a review over its documents or ask the assistant a question right now, without signing up.
How does this compare with Legora?↓
The same core moves — a review grid with quoted cells, redlines inside Word, research with sources, workflows, monitors — built for firms Legora does not sell to: no seat minimum, a free plan, self-serve in minutes. What it does not have: iManage/NetDocuments adapters, an Outlook add-in, licensed research databases. See <a href="/compare/legora">Autoflowly vs Legora</a>.
Where does the law come from?↓
Official publishers, not a scraped corpus: GovInfo (US Code) and eCFR for the US; the National Archives and legislation.gov.uk (Acts section by section) for the UK; EUR-Lex; and the federal or national publishers for Germany, Austria, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Ireland and France. US case law (CourtListener), New York consolidated laws and full Légifrance/Judilibre need a free key from those services. Case law for Spain, Italy and Ireland has no open source yet — the memo says “to verify” rather than inventing it.
Do I need my own OpenAI key?↓
No. The free plan includes 50 AI answers a month on Autoflowly's own keys — a review of one document against every question, or one memo, is one answer. Paid plans include more. Connect your firm's own OpenAI or Anthropic key and there is no cap from us.
Where do client documents go?↓
Matters and documents live in your own app and database. For a review or a memo, the passages it needs go to Anthropic (OpenAI as fallback) under data processing agreements and are not used for training. With your own key the text goes straight to your provider. Details, sub-processors and our DPA: <a href="/law-firms/trust">client data & confidentiality</a>.
Does it replace a lawyer?↓
No. It prepares and cites; the judgment is yours. Every quoted passage opens the document, every authority opens the official page — read it before relying on it.
Can it work inside Word?↓
Yes. The Legal OS add-in reviews a draft against your playbook, proposes edits and applies them as tracked changes, with comments, in the document you have open. Set-up is a manifest file from your app's Word add-in page.
Is it in French, German or Spanish?↓
The interface in English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese and Dutch; the starter documents, courts and law sources follow the country you choose at launch; answers come back in your language while quotes stay verbatim.
Features shown reflect the current platform. The live demo always shows what's deployed today.
