Same platform. Configured for what you actually do.

One system underneath, specialised for each trade — so you get a working business on day one instead of a blank canvas.

One operational spine, end to end.

Not a pretty CRUD app — the whole run from first contact to repeat customer, in one system.

Step 1ListPhotos, daily rate, deposit and the dates it's free.
Step 2DiscoverRenters browse or search by category and town.
Step 3BookDates chosen, price shown in full before they commit.
Step 4ConfirmYou approve — or instant-book takes it while you sleep.
Step 5PayCard or mobile money, with the deposit held separately.
Step 6Hand overCheck-in details sent, condition noted at both ends.
Step 7ReviewBoth sides rate each other, so trust compounds.

The problems this actually solves.

Your kit sits idle most of the year

The drill, the camera, the party tent — bought once, used rarely, earning nothing in between.

Renting through Facebook groups is a mess

Dates get double-booked in the comments, nobody knows what was agreed, and there is no deposit if it comes back broken.

Marketplaces take a cut and keep the customer

You do the handover and carry the risk; they own the relationship and bill you for it.

Everything the business needs, wired together.

Listings with photos

Daily, weekly and monthly rates, deposit, and what's included.

Availability calendar

Blocked dates and minimum hire, so double-bookings can't happen.

Booking & payment

Full price shown before they commit — rate, fees and tax, no surprises.

Deposits

Held separately and released on return, so damage isn't your loss.

Guest messaging

Every conversation attached to its booking, not scattered across apps.

Two-way reviews

Renters and owners rate each other — the trust a marketplace runs on.

Your customer list

The people renting from you are yours, not a platform's.

Earnings & payouts

What each item earned, and what's owed to whom.

Named jobs it does — not a chatbot bolted on.

Every proposal waits for your approval. Nothing is sent, charged or changed on its own.

Rentals summary

Snapshot: pending bookings, unanswered guest messages, upcoming check-ins.

Pending bookings

Reservations awaiting host confirmation.

New messages

Unanswered guest messages — to reply to.

Upcoming checkins

Guests arriving soon — to send check-in details (with phone; reminder_sent flag).

Review candidates

Stays that ended 1–30 days ago whose guest hasn't been asked for a review.

Send check-in details

Drafts the check-in message a guest needs before arrival.

Ask a guest for a review

Asks a departed guest to review their stay.

Confirm a reservation

Accepts a reservation request and tells the guest.

Decline a reservation

Declines a reservation politely, with a reason.

You are not starting from an empty screen.

Every one of these already works the moment your app is live. The list on the right is the whole of what's left for you.

AR
AI Receptionist

Answers the questions that arrive at 10pm — is it free that weekend, what's the deposit, do you deliver.

Example: “The drill set is free from Friday, £25/day with a £50 deposit refunded on return.”
BA
Bookings Agent

Confirms or declines reservations against your calendar so nothing sits waiting.

Example: Confirms a weekend hire, blocks the dates, and sends the collection details.
OA
Operations Agent

Watches for hand-overs coming up and items due back.

Example: “Two collections tomorrow morning, and the projector is a day overdue.”
RA
Reviews Agent

Asks for the review while the rental is still fresh.

Example: Messages last week's renter once, at the right moment, and never again.

Live demo today, your own system today.

1

Open the live demo

It's already running with demo data. Click through it like a customer would — no signup, nothing to install.

2

Launch your own copy

You get your own deployment with its own database and URL, seeded and ready to use rather than empty.

3

Describe what to change

Your services, prices, branding, stages and rules — described in plain language and applied to your copy.

Questions worth asking.

Is the demo real?

Yes — it's an always-on deployment with its own database, embedded live on this page. Browse the listings, open one and book it; the booking is really created.

Can I rent out only my own things, or let other people list too?

Both. Run it as your own hire business where every listing is yours, or open it up so neighbours list their own kit and you take a cut of each booking. The software is the same; it's a decision you make, not a different product.

How are deposits handled?

A deposit is set per listing, shown to the renter before they book, and tracked separately from the rental fee so it can be released when the item comes back.

What stops two people booking the same dates?

The availability calendar. A booking blocks its dates, and the booking form checks minimum and maximum hire length before it will accept a request.

Do renters need an account?

To book, yes — that's what ties a booking, its messages and its review together. Browsing is open to anyone, so nobody has to sign up to look.

Can it take mobile money as well as cards?

Yes. Checkout runs through the shared payment gateway, which covers cards and the mobile-money rails, so you can be paid the way your customers actually pay.

Features reflect the current platform as of August 2026 and continue to expand — the live demo above always reflects what's actually deployed.

See it running, then make it yours.

No setup required to look around — the demo is already live.
