The workflow
One operational spine, end to end.
Not a pretty CRUD app — the whole run from first contact to repeat customer, in one system.
Sound familiar?
The problems this actually solves.
A customer signs up, sends their documents and waits — because the queue is an email folder and nobody owns it.
The rules fire somewhere, the alert reaches nobody, and the review happens when the chargeback arrives.
The customer's money didn't move, they were never told, and nobody knew to call them.
What's included
Everything the business needs, wired together.
Wallets and accounts
Balances, ledger and statements per customer.
Transfers and beneficiaries
Saved payees, transfers between accounts and out.
Issued cards
Issue, freeze, set limits and view card activity.
KYC review
Submissions queued with what the customer sent, approved or rejected by a person.
Fraud alerts
Risk-scored and ordered so the worst is read first.
Multi-currency
Hold and exchange between currencies.
Budgets and analytics
Spending categories, volumes and activity over time.
Subscriptions
Recurring charges against a wallet.
The AI team's skills
Named jobs it does — not a chatbot bolted on.
Every proposal waits for your approval. Nothing is sent, charged or changed on its own.
What it watches, in your own data
Snapshot: kyc awaiting review, open fraud alerts, failed transactions (24h), pending transactions, new users this week.
kyc submissions awaiting review — customers who can't transact until verified (with what they submitted).
Open fraud alerts, riskiest first — to review and verify with the wallet holder.
Recent failed transactions — customers whose money didn't move, to reach out and help.
What it proposes — you approve
Drafts a message to one customer — a reminder, a thank-you or a status note.
Changes one row in your app's own data — a status, a stage, a flag.
Day one
You are not starting from an empty screen.
Every one of these already works the moment your app is live. The list on the right is the whole of what's left for you.

Your AI staff
The software comes with a team.
They work your message channels and your data, and propose actions you approve from your phone. Nothing risky goes out without a human yes.
Reads the verification queue and brings you the ones that are waiting.
Reads open alerts riskiest-first, with what triggered each one.
Finds transactions that didn't complete so somebody can help.
The whole money picture in one read, before you open anything.

Common questions
Questions worth asking.
Does the AI move money?↓
No, and it cannot. Every skill on the Financial agent is read-only: it reads the KYC queue, the fraud alerts, the failed transactions and the summary, and it tells you what needs a person. Approving a verification, freezing a card and releasing a payment are yours. On a product holding other people's money that is the only defensible design.
Is Autoflowly a payment provider or a bank?↓
No. This is the software for running a payments product — the wallets, the ledger, the KYC queue, the fraud review and the back office. The licence, the banking partner and the settlement rails are yours, exactly as they would be if you built this yourself.
How is this different from Billing OS?↓
Billing OS gets YOUR invoices paid — you send an invoice, a client pays it. Financial OS runs a product that holds OTHER PEOPLE's money: they have wallets, they transfer, they get verified. Different job, different customer.
Can I really see it before signing up?↓
Yes. The demo is the real system with demo data — open the wallet, make a transfer, freeze a card, look at the KYC and fraud queues. No account needed.
What happens to KYC documents?↓
They sit in your app's own database, in your own deployment, visible to whoever you give access. Autoflowly does not collect or hold them.
Can I change the fraud rules?↓
Yes — thresholds and what raises an alert are yours to set. The agent reads whatever your rules produce; it does not decide what is fraudulent.
