🩺 Autoflowly Telehealth OS

A clinic that runs remotely, without a front desk.

Appointments, a virtual waiting room, video consultations, records, prescriptions, labs and secure messaging in one system — and an AI front desk that confirms tomorrow's visits, tells you who is waiting right now and flags the abnormal result for a clinician. It never interprets anything. You do.

This is the real clinic system running live with demo data — open Appointments and the waiting room, look at a patient record, a prescription and a lab result, and see the patient portal a patient actually gets. Open it full-screen →

One operational spine, end to end.

Not a pretty CRUD app — the whole run from first contact to repeat customer, in one system.

Step 1BookA patient books; the visit lands on the right provider's day.
Step 2ConfirmThe appointment agent confirms and reminds, so the slot is not wasted.
Step 3WaitPatients arrive into a virtual waiting room a human can see.
Step 4ConsultVideo consultation with the notes written against the visit.
Step 5PrescribeA prescription attached to the patient, visible to them.
Step 6TestLab orders go out; abnormal results come back flagged, not buried.
Step 7ReferA referral out, recorded against the chart.
Step 8SettlePayment and revenue against the visit, without a separate ledger.

The problems this actually solves.

No-shows cost you the whole slot

A remote visit that nobody attends cannot be filled at ten minutes' notice, and reminding everyone by hand is a job you don't have.

An abnormal result sits unread

The lab returned days ago. It is in a portal or an inbox, and the person who needed to see it hasn't.

Records live in three systems

The notes are in one place, the prescription in another, the messages on a phone — and none of them know about the visit.

Patients message you on WhatsApp at midnight

There is no channel that is both convenient for them and safe for you.

Everything the business needs, wired together.

Appointments

Per-provider scheduling with the visit type and duration.

Virtual waiting room

Who has arrived and how long they have waited.

Video consultations

The consultation itself, attached to the visit.

Patient records

Chart, history and consultation notes in one place.

Prescriptions

Issued against the patient and visible in their portal.

Lab orders and results

Ordered, returned, and flagged when abnormal.

Referrals

Referred out, recorded against the chart.

Drug interaction checks

A check run against what the patient is already on.

Secure messaging

A channel that belongs to the clinic, not a personal phone.

Patient portal

Each patient sees their own visits, prescriptions and results.

Payments and revenue

Paid against the visit, reported without an export.

Compliance surface

Access control and an audit trail over the record.

Named jobs it does — not a chatbot bolted on.

Every proposal waits for your approval. Nothing is sent, charged or changed on its own.

Clinic summary

Snapshot: patients, upcoming appointments, patients waiting now, abnormal labs, prescriptions expiring.

Upcoming appointments

Scheduled appointments in the next 7 days — to confirm/remind.

Waiting room

Patients in the virtual waiting room right now — who to attend.

Abnormal labs

Completed lab results flagged abnormal — surface for a clinician to review.

Confirm a consultation

Confirms a booked consultation with the patient.

Remind about a consultation

Drafts a reminder ahead of a consultation.

Message a customer

Drafts a message to one customer — a reminder, a thank-you or a status note.

You are not starting from an empty screen.

Every one of these already works the moment your app is live. The list on the right is the whole of what's left for you.

Already built for you

  • Per-provider appointment scheduling
  • A virtual waiting room
  • Video consultations
  • Patient records and consultation notes
  • Prescriptions visible in the patient portal
  • Lab orders with abnormal results flagged
  • Referrals recorded against the chart
  • Drug interaction checking
  • Secure clinic messaging
  • A patient portal scoped to that patient only
  • Payments and revenue against the visit
  • Four AI agents that handle logistics, never clinical calls

You only configure

  • Your providers and their hours
  • Your specialties and visit types
  • Your fees and payment provider
  • Who on the team sees what
  • Your messaging and reminder wording
  • Your own compliance posture and BAA

That's the whole setup. Everything else is already running.

The software comes with a team.

They work your message channels and your data, and propose actions you approve from your phone. Nothing risky goes out without a human yes.

AC
Appointment coordinator

Confirms and reminds patients about upcoming visits, so the slot is not lost.

Example: “Six visits tomorrow; two unconfirmed. Reminders are drafted.”
FD
Front desk

Watches the virtual waiting room and tells you who is waiting and for how long.

Example: “A patient has been in the waiting room eleven minutes.”
RT
Results triage

Flags completed labs marked abnormal for a clinician to read. It never interprets them.

Example: “Three results came back flagged abnormal — they need a clinician, not me.”
CR
Clinic reporter

The day in one read — visits, waiting room, results, refills.

Example: “12 visits, 2 unconfirmed, 3 abnormal results, 4 prescriptions expiring.”

Questions worth asking.

Does the AI diagnose, triage or interpret results?

No, and it is built so it cannot. The agent's four skills are reads — a summary, the coming week's appointments, the waiting room, and which labs came back flagged. It can do exactly two things: confirm an appointment and send an appointment reminder. There is no clinical write verb anywhere. The results agent flags that something is abnormal and stops; reading it is a clinician's job.

Is this HIPAA or GDPR compliant?

The software gives you what compliance requires of a system: role-based access, a patient portal scoped to that patient, an audit surface, and your data in your own deployment rather than ours. The compliance posture itself is yours — your policies, your staff training, your BAA with whoever hosts it. Anyone selling you certification in a template is selling you something they cannot deliver.

Can patients see each other's records?

No. That was audited specifically, because an earlier version of this template let a signed-in patient list other patients and their prescriptions. The patient portal now resolves the chart server-side from the session, so a patient sees their own record and nothing else.

Do I need a separate video tool?

No — the consultation runs in the app and is attached to the visit, so the notes, the prescription and the recording of what was decided live against the same appointment.

Can I really see it before signing up?

Yes. The demo is the real system with demo data — open appointments, the waiting room, a patient chart, a prescription and a flagged lab result. No account needed.

What about patients who aren't technical?

The patient side is one portal with their visits, prescriptions and results, and the clinic messages them through a channel the clinic owns rather than a personal phone.

Features shown reflect the current platform. The live demo always shows what's deployed today.
