🌾 Autoflowly Agribusiness OS

The season, in one system — not six notebooks.

Fields, crop cycles, harvests, stock, machinery and pest reports in one place, with batch traceability a buyer can audit. An AI team reads it every morning and tells you which block is due, what's running out, what the pest report means and whether the price is worth selling into. You decide. It watches.

This is the real farm system running live with demo data — open Farms and Fields, follow a crop cycle to its harvest and batch, and look at the pest, inventory and market pages the agents read. Open it full-screen →

One operational spine, end to end.

Not a pretty CRUD app — the whole run from first contact to repeat customer, in one system.

Step 1MapFarms and fields with their real sizes — the ground the rest hangs off.
Step 2PlanA crop cycle per block: what's planted, when, and when it should come off.
Step 3GrowPest reports and weather risk against the block they actually affect.
Step 4StockSeed, fertiliser, feed and fuel with reorder levels that mean something.
Step 5HarvestThe cycle closes into a recorded harvest, with the yield attached.
Step 6TraceThe harvest becomes a batch — where it came from, provable to a buyer.
Step 7SellMarket prices with trend, so the sell decision has a number behind it.
Step 8CountProfitability per crop and per cycle, without exporting anything.

The problems this actually solves.

The season lives in a notebook and one person's head

Which block was sprayed, what the yield was last year, when that field was last rotated — real answers that exist only until the notebook gets wet or that person leaves.

The buyer asks where it came from and you rebuild it from memory

Traceability is a condition of the contract, and it is reconstructed after the fact from delivery notes rather than recorded as the harvest happens.

You find out you're out of it on the morning you need it

Fertiliser, feed and fuel run down quietly. The reorder happens when the sprayer is already hitched up.

The price moved and nobody was watching

You sell when the buyer calls rather than when the market was good, because tracking it daily is a job nobody has.

Everything the business needs, wired together.

Farms and fields

The physical ground — farms, fields, sizes, what's active.

Crops and crop cycles

What's planted where, planting and expected harvest dates.

Harvests and yields

The cycle closes into a recorded harvest with its yield.

Batch traceability

Harvests become batches — origin provable to a buyer.

Inventory

Seed, fertiliser, feed and fuel with reorder levels and suppliers.

Equipment

Machinery, its status and what it's assigned to.

Pest reports

Reports against the affected field, severity-ordered, resolved or not.

Weather risk

Upcoming storms, heavy rain, frost and wind by farm.

Market prices

Latest price and trend per crop — a sell-timing signal.

Profitability

Cost and return per crop and per cycle.

Advisor and diagnose

Ask about a crop, or describe a symptom and get a starting point.

You are not starting from an empty screen.

Every one of these already works the moment your app is live. The list on the right is the whole of what's left for you.

Already built for you

  • Farms and fields with real sizes
  • Crops and crop cycles with planting and harvest dates
  • Harvest recording with yields
  • Batch traceability from harvest to buyer
  • Inventory with reorder levels and suppliers
  • Equipment register
  • Pest reports against the affected field
  • Weather risk by farm
  • Market prices with trend per crop
  • Profitability per crop and per cycle
  • Five AI agents that read all of it and draft

You only configure

  • Your farms, fields and their sizes
  • The crops you actually grow
  • Your reorder levels and suppliers
  • Which markets you sell into
  • Who on the team sees what
  • Your currency and units

That's the whole setup. Everything else is already running.

The software comes with a team.

They work your message channels and your data, and propose actions you approve from your phone. Nothing risky goes out without a human yes.

PT
Pest treatment agent

Reads unresolved pest reports, worst first, and drafts a treatment for each — naming the crop and the field.

Example: “Aphids on the north block, severity high, reported three days ago and still open.”
IR
Inventory reorder agent

Finds stock at or below its reorder level and drafts the reorder, with the supplier where you've recorded one.

Example: “Urea is under its reorder level and the maize cycle sprays in eleven days.”
MA
Market advisor

Watches prices and trend for the crops you actually grow, and drafts a sell-or-hold call with a reason.

Example: “Maize is up 9% over the week at the regional market — worth moving part of the batch.”
WW
Weather watch

Reads upcoming risk per farm and drafts the timing change it implies.

Example: “Frost forecast Thursday night — the tomato block needs covering or bringing forward.”
OR
Operations reporter

Turns the week into one short brief — pests, stock, harvests, prices, weather.

Example: “Two open pest reports, three items low, one harvest due, maize moving, frost midweek.”

Questions worth asking.

Does the AI spray, reorder or sell on its own?

No. Every skill on the Agribusiness agent is read-only — it reads pest reports, stock levels, harvest dates, prices and weather, and it drafts what it thinks you should do. Applying a treatment, placing an order and selling a batch are approvals you give. On a season you cannot re-run, that is the only sensible design.

Is the pest diagnosis agronomic advice?

No. Diagnose gives you a starting point from what you describe, and the pest agent drafts a treatment referencing your crop and field. Both are prompts for a decision, not a substitute for an agronomist or for label instructions on a product.

Where does the weather come from?

Upcoming risk is recorded against your farms so the agent can act on it. It is an operational signal for timing — spray, irrigate, bring a harvest forward — not a licensed forecast, and you connect your own source if you have one you trust.

Is the traceability good enough for a buyer audit?

It records what an audit asks for: which field, which crop cycle, which harvest, which batch, and when. Whether that satisfies a specific certification is between you and that scheme — the data is yours, in your own database, and exportable.

Can I really see it before signing up?

Yes. The demo is the real system with demo data — open a farm, follow a crop cycle to its harvest and batch, read the pest and market pages. No account needed.

Can my team use it without being technical?

That is the point. The pages are lists you add rows to, and the agents bring you a short read each morning rather than a dashboard to interpret. People can be invited with their own login and only see what you give them.

Features shown reflect the current platform. The live demo always shows what's deployed today.
