Everything to review, research and run matters.

For sole practitioners and small and mid-size firms that want AI-assisted contract review without an enterprise contract.

AI contract review

Many contracts × your questions in one table; every answer quotes the passage and deviations from your firm standard are flagged.

Documents & redlines

Scans read with OCR, every file summarised, proposed changes as tracked changes in Word under your name — as .docx or straight into Word with the add-in.

Irish legal research

Memos that cite your documents and the Irish Acts in their revised (consolidated) text, section by section, plus EUR-Lex. Irish case law is not searched yet.

Matters & deadlines

Every matter from enquiry to close, with a conflict check as you type.

Irish precedents

Engagement letter under section 150 of the Legal Services Regulation Act 2015, mutual NDA, letter before claim, power of attorney, client privacy notice (GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018).

Client portal

Clients see where their matter stands and the documents you share, in one place.

Time & invoices

Record time and bill it in one click, with a pay link. Invoices carry your VAT number, VAT rate and amount.

Workflows with sign-off

Review, flag, partner sign-off and draft as one workflow.

Irish law, Irish wording, euro invoices.

Choose Ireland when you start: precedents, data protection and governing law follow Irish law, research searches Irish sources, and the screens say solicitor.

Research

Every Act since 1922 by title; the matching sections of the Law Reform Commission's revised Acts (as enacted where no revised version exists); and EUR-Lex. Case law (courts.ie, BAILII) is not searched yet.

Precedents

Section 150 engagement letter, NDA, letter before claim, power of attorney and privacy notice — filled in with your firm and your town.

Invoices

In euro, with your firm's name and address, VAT number, invoice number and date, client details, services, VAT rate and amount.

Client account

A ledger per client under the Solicitors Accounts Regulations 2023: no debit balances, fees only against a delivered bill, a balancing statement every three months approved by the compliance partner. AML client checks are not built in yet.

Where client documents go.

Matters and documents are stored in your app, on Autoflowly's servers in Germany.

For a review, redline or research memo, the passages it needs are sent to Anthropic in the USA (OpenAI as a fallback), under data processing agreements with EU–US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clause safeguards. They are not used to train models.

Connect your own OpenAI or Anthropic key and the text goes from your app straight to that provider, under your firm's own agreement with it.

Whether that meets your professional obligations is your firm's call — the details are in our privacy policy.

Is the demo real, or screenshots?

It is a real, running instance with its own database, embedded live on this page.

Does it replace LEAP or Clio?

It covers matters, time, billing, a client account ledger, AI contract review and Irish research. It does not do AML checks or Land Registry and Revenue filings yet, so some firms will keep a second system for those.

Does it replace a solicitor?

No. It is a working tool: it prepares and cites its sources, and the legal judgement stays with you. Check every cited section.

What does it cost?

Starting is free, no card, with 50 AI answers a month. Paid plans from $19 a month; with your own AI key there is no limit from us.

Features shown reflect the current platform; the live demo always shows what runs today. This tool is not a substitute for legal advice.
