What's included
Everything it does today.
Dispatch and a driver phone view: routes, deliveries with proof, positions, zones, fuel, maintenance.
Vehicles and drivers
Your fleet, who drives what, licences and what expires next.
Positions from the driver's phone
One tap sends where the vehicle is; every position is kept, with last-seen time.
Zone alerts
Draw a circle round a depot or a customer site; get an alert when a vehicle enters or leaves.
Shorter stop order
Reorders a route's stops and shows the distance saved before you accept.
Proof of delivery
Who took it, a note and a photo β or why it could not be delivered.
Fuel and economy
Fill-ups from the road; miles per gallon worked out from the odometer.
Maintenance and compliance
Services due and late, inspections, insurance and hours-of-service records.
Drivers see only their day
A driver's account opens their routes and nothing else β no costs, no other drivers.
How it works
From here to your own, in three steps.
Launch it
Get your own copy β its own database, its own URL β in minutes.
Customize by chatting
Describe changes in plain language: your depots, your delivery statuses, a second dispatch team.
Operate with an AI team
Hire an agent to list the maintenance due this week and the incidents still open.
Who it's for
Delivery companies, couriers, contractors and service businesses running a handful to a few dozen vehicles.
Common questions
Is there a live demo?
Not on this page yet. Start your own copy free: it comes with example vehicles, drivers and routes, and a driver login to see their phone view.
Do I need GPS trackers?
No. Positions come from the driver's phone when they tap βI'm hereβ, or from dispatch. It is not continuous live tracking.
Is the stop order the fastest route?
It is a shorter order by straight-line distance, never longer than yours. Streets and traffic decide the drive; your navigation app does the turns.
